This was painted plein air right there in Monet's garden. There were not as many wisteria blossom as it was late July but enough were there and I added some more. The lake was a pale color, the famous waterlilies are there but not featured, the bridge (so famous) was one of about twelve that were in his gardens. He painted there for 43 years and it was 4 and 1/2 acres. so lovely.
